This dish is meant to highlight Philadelphia cream cheese as the star it is! With this lovely deliciousness flowing through each layer of the dish it is a crowd and tongue pleasure of even the pickest of eaters. Oxtails and spare ribs are cooked to perfection in a pressure cooker. Parsnips are made into a unbelievable creamy bed for the quick stew that is powerpacked with veggies, love and cream cheese. To top things off Philadelphia cream cheese stars again in a creamy sauce that tops this beautiful dish. Served up with home-made cream cheese biscuits...can you say Halelujah!
